If you plan to go hiking on your own in the western parts of Norway, here are some suggestions from the Bergen Mountain Hiking Association:

Aurlandsdalen or Flåmsdalen. Not far from the famous Aurlandsfjorden and Nærøyfjorden
Hardangervidda: 1 to 5 days
Cycling at Rallarvegen
Try a night in one of our self-service cabins - Høgabu
