Bergen Student Skerries Cruise 2014

Study Bergen has chartered the beautiful sailing ship Statraad Lehmkuhl and invites you to join us for a day-trip in the skerries outside Bergen on Friday the 16th of May. The route will depend on weather conditions and be decided on the day by the captain. This 6 hour trip is an experience not to be missed.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
Tickets cost 225,- and since this price is heavily subsidized by Study Bergen, these tickets are only open to students (phd. candidates inkl.) registered at the following institutions:
University of Bergen
Bergen University College
Norwegian School of Economics
Bergen Academy of Art and Design
NLA University College
Haraldsplass Diaconess University College and
Betanien Diaconal University College

NON-SUBSIDIZED TICKETS
We have decided to offer a limited number of non-subsidized tickets so that students can bring a relative, a friends and others who are not students at one of our member institutions.

These tickets cost 325 NOK for students at other institutions and 400 NOK for everyone else.These tickets can only be bought at the same time as you buy a regular ticket.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION AND PROGRAM
Boarding commences 13:00
We leave at 13:30 am sharp!
We return to Bergen at approximately 19:30

During the day there will be music and entertainment.

Food and drink is not included in the price, however it will be possible to buy refreshments on board. You are also welcome to bring a packed lunch, but you are not permitted to take your own beverages containing alcohol with you.

All participants must be 18 or over.


LIABILITY AND CONDITIONS
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to other events or other persons.

Please note that neither Study Bergen, nor your host institution are liable should you injure yourself, lose or have possessions stolen from you on the trip.
