🌟 Operations Intern (Part-Time or Full-Time, min. 20h/week)

We’re looking for an Operations Intern to support our Customer Support and Finance Operations teams in Oslo. The role can be part-time (minimum 20h/week) or full-time, with a mix of onsite and remote work. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a high-growth fintech while balancing your studies.

About the Role
As an Operations Intern, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for our customers and internal teams. You’ll learn by doing, contribute to real projects, and develop skills that will support your future career.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support, solving issues quickly and effectively.
- Communicate clearly with clients, colleagues, and cross-functional teams.
- Take ownership of tasks and contribute proactively to projects.
- Support finance operations, including:
- Processing and reconciling payments (bank transfers, refunds, chargebacks).
- Investigating discrepancies and resolving issues with accuracy.
- Assisting customers with payment-related inquiries.
- Supporting system updates, troubleshooting, and process automation.
About You
- Analytical & detail-oriented – you spot patterns and errors quickly.
- Strong communicator – fluent in Norwegian & English (written and spoken).
- Proactive & curious – eager to take initiative and learn across different areas.
- Organised – able to manage tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Collaborative – enjoy working with others in a team environment.
Requirements
- Currently studying (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Technology, or a related field)
- Native or fluent Norwegian speaker with strong communication skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Comfortable working with numbers and confident in your analytical skills.
- A strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with people.
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and tools.
- Able to commit a minimum of 20 hours per week during core business hours.
